Bold Mechanical & Controls Enterprise, INC provides HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building automation services to commercial and residential clients in the New Jersey and New York metropolitan areas.
2. SMS Communications Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Bold Mechanical, including appointment confirmations, technician dispatch alerts, service completion notifications, invoice delivery, and customer service responses.

- Verbally consenting during a phone booking with our customer service team
- Signing our service intake form with the SMS consent box marked
- Replying START to any SMS from us
2.2 Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any of our messages

You will receive a confirmation message after opting out. If you opt out, you may continue to receive non-SMS communications related to your active services (calls, emails, or paper invoices).

2.4 Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Bold Mechanical does not charge for SMS messages.
2.5 Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.
3. Service Appointments
Service appointments are scheduled subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed appointment times but reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or other operational factors.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur fees as permitted by applicable law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold Mechanical & Controls Enterprise, INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or SMS program.
6. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
